As with all Advanced Calls Software, Unity is installed on the hospital’s server. We never, ever, need to go outside of the hospital’s data center for any reason. Secure Messaging

Advanced Calls Unity™ Messaging Server was created specifically for healthcare with proprietary architecture, and enhanced message features  that securely manages all messages with end-to-end encryption. Virtual Calls

Go beyond basic notifications of a nurse call system with the Unity Virtual Calls App. The App provides the same Virtual Calls functionality on the Fusion Command Center by placing Virtual Calls on the staff member’s smartphone. Imagine being able to create any number of notifications and have them immediately routed to the appropriate team member or group. There is not another technology that makes initiating custom alarms, receiving alarm notification, or task as simple as the touch of a button.

Voice

Unity SIP App mobilizes your staff while ensuring they are always reachable by bringing all communications to their fingertips and securely runs on your Wi-Fi. Unity Voice provides communication to other App users, extensions on your PBX or to the outside world. When voice is enabled on the nurse call, staff can communicate directly with patients when they receive an alarm notification or by calling the patient room from the nurse call room directory.

Next Gen

Unity-Xn combines the two Unity Apps into a single app with extensively more features and capability. Unity voice is expanded with multi-party conference calling. Unity’s proprietary Secure Messaging has been added. Virtual Calls functionality is enhanced, Task and Task management have been added along with virtual task and automated workflow. As with all things Advanced Calls, Unity-Xn was developed with ease of use in mind. Starting with a simple sign in that communicates with the Fusion Assignment Manager that you have signed in and accepted your assignments. Fusion then updates all directories the new extension.
